Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Finzy Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
2. Items must be returned in their original Finzy Fashion packaging
3. All original tags must be attached
4. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
5. Returns will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse
6. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
7. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria

Do not send your item back without submitting a return request first. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted, and Finzy Fashion is not responsible for lost packages.
