2. Are your outfits custom-made or ready-to-wear?

All our garments are pre-designed and ready-to-wear. Each item is crafted with attention to detail to ensure a flattering fit and stylish finish.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. A return request must be submitted prior to sending your item back. Please note: we currently do not provide return shipping labels. For full details, refer to our Returns Policy.

6. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you select the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. You can also include your height at checkout to help us make better sizing suggestions.

8. Will sold-out items be restocked?
